The bakery’s mission is to offer artisan products made from organic flour sourced from the surrounding regions, with no chemicals, additives, or enhancers. All breads and pastries are fresh daily, and the customer experience is warm, friendly, and family-oriented. The bakery produces three categories of products on-site: breads including miche, fesse, baguette, fougasse, fougasse royale, and specialty loaves; pastries including 6 varieties of brioche and the ever-popular kouign-amann; and confections including caramel, jams made from local North Shore berries, produced according to seasonal availability.
